Francis Sakyiama Addo is a PhD candidate of the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission, and Culture, Akropong-Akuapem, currently researching the Akuapem State and Christianity in Ghana. His previous MTh research deals with the Relevance of the Abotakyi Accord (1733) to the Statutory Akuapem Traditional Area: An Analysis of Christianity’s Engagement with Akuapem Culture at the Akrofi-Christaller Institute. His other MTh research dealt with the Doctrine of Subsequence and how it is understood and applied in the (Presbyterian Church of Ghana) in London at the University of Winchester, UK. His scholarship and research interest are Contemporary African Christianity, African Primal Religion and Spirituality, Root of African Theology, Mission and Indigenous Missionary Agents, and Issues in Gospel and Culture Engagement.
