Pastor James Owusu-Boateng is the current Vice Rector of DL-IBTC. Besides heading the academic session and chairing a number of committees of the University College, he handles courses such as Biblical Introduction, Tent Making, Church History, Pastoral Ethics & Theology, Pastoral Counselling as well as Marriage and Family Life.
