MR. COLLINS OWUSU-ANSAH
Mr. Collins Owusu-Ansah holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast (1998) and a Master of Philosophy in Administration of Higher Education from the same institution, completed between 2000 and 2002. His professional career reflects extensive administrative leadership within the University of Education, Winneba (UEW). He served as Deputy Registrar in the Division of Academic Affairs from August 2019 to May 2022, preceded by his role as Deputy Registrar at the Admissions Office from February 2018 to September 2019. Earlier, he worked as Senior Assistant Registrar in the Division of Academic Affairs from August 2013 to January 2017, contributing significantly to institutional operations, academic management, and policy implementation.
He maintains active professional affiliations, including membership in the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants–Ghana (CIAMC), where he is recognized as a Chartered Professional Administrator (ChPA). He is also a committed member of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA), reflecting his dedication to excellence in university administration and professional development.
