Her passion and experience in research, teaching, Counselling, leadership, curriculum development and project management have enabled her to significantly contribute to the positive transformation of the society. She employs her skills and exposure to achieve the organizational objectives, better the lives of the people and enhancement of any assigned duties. Her objective is to help others and society to achieve their goals and find meaning. She has participated in many training programmes and published academic research-based articles on Bible translation, language and Biblical studies. Her research interests are Biblical studies, New Testament Studies, Bible Translation, Gospel and Culture and Women Advocacy. She has taught in various institutions in Kenya and Ghana.
